Wow, I just saw a massive patch to the docbook files by shadow on behalf
of chas. What's going on, so I don't step on any toes?

Should html files have been comitted?

Thanks,
Jason

Derrick pulled up the code from the head to the other branches.

The html files will need to be removed.

The only toes you will be stepping on are mine as I rework the build
procedure and integrate in the changes necessary to build the index on
the fly in a single step using XSLT.

The web site http://docs.openafs.org/ now contains HTML output generated
using XSLT from the DocBook sources.
The site includes the Unix Quick Start Guide, AFS User Guide, and AFS
Administrator Guide.
The site also includes the Command Line Reference generated from the Pod
sources.

Windows Quick Start Guide and Release Notes are from the wiki and the
raw HTML respectively.

Please review for technical glitches.

In a week or so I will point the openafs.org web site documentation
links to this location.
